During the Initial Consultation and Assessment, adults can expect to be with us for 90 minutes, and families who are bringing in their children can expect to spend 60 minutes. During this time you will spend meaningful time one-on-one with Dr. Jessica while she conducts a health and lifestyle history. Following the exam will be a hands-on assessment of your nervous system and a clear explanation of her findings with her recommendations for meeting your health goals as well as the results you can expect. We look forward to addressing the source of your concerns so you may Live Optimally.
